 We have established computer based thermal stability test with online digital display monitoring of run-out measurement as per the latest technology.  Facility built for Rotor bend removals undertakes removal of bend in the Rotors by detailed stress relieving followed by predetermined thermal cycles of heating, soaking and cooling till the bend is brought down to the design values and if any residual sag can by machined off.

 Have carried out No. of Refurbishment of Rotors like 60 MW C.A.Parsons make Turbine Rotor Bend removal at  M/s. Harare power station, Zimbabwe, 100 MW Turbine Rotor for M/s.Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd., and 150 MW Turbine Rotor to M/s.Bhushan Steel Limited and to the other customers.

 Turbo have Latest Reverse Engineering facilities like Faro Edge Laser imaging beam Technology and white light scanner for accurate Measurement of Blade profiles.
