Preliminary Discussion
Submit Technical Competence
Technical Meeting-Collect name plate details, drawings, etc.
Submit initial techno-commercial proposal (assuming standard material) & finalize
Depute engineer for dimensions otherwise parts for reverse engineering including one for destructive testing
Testing and submitting the results with commercial implications if any.
Prepare drawings and submit for comments and approval
Manufacture parts
High speed balancing by providing vendor details to customer
Customer commissions the parts in the existing machine by replacing the existing part (available for backup) with the parts supplied under our supervision
Customer runs the machine with the spares supplied to check the perfromance
Once proven, we discuss for regular supplies
Same step for reverse engineering and other rotating equipment
